Despite the fact FIFA has yet to name the host of the 2027 Women’s World Cup, the midfielder of the Super Falcons of Nigeria Esther Okorokwo has focused on winning the trophy.
Okonkwo was part of the Nigerian team at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand and played 2 matches against Canada and Australia.

“It was nice and good. We lost on penalties to England at the World Cup.
“We could have won the World Cup but there are another four years”, she told FAK Sport.
