Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has talked up his superb strike in Leicester City’s 4-1 victory against Southampton at the St Mary’s Stadium last Friday.
The Nigerian International midfielder, was on target for the Foxes late in the first half.
The 26-year-old dribbled past his marker after receiving a pass from Stephy Mavididi and then fired the ball into the net.
“The body shape, you know, when Stephy had the ball, my body shape facing the goal was brilliant! Was a striker’s instinct in it,” Ndidi told the club’s official website.
“So my body shape, I got the ball with my left foot and tried to shoot, faked it and you know what it is.”
Ndidi has scored three goals in all competitions for Leicester City this season.
