Following the expiration of his contract with Italian Serie A club Torino, Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has joined English Premier League club Nottingham Forest on a year deal with an option of another year.
Aina returned to England after spending almost 3 seasons with the Italian giant.
The club confirmed his arrival on Saturday afternoon via its official website.
“Nottingham Forest is delighted to announce the signing of defender Ola Aina.
“The Nigeria international has put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal to become Forest’s first signing of the summer, with options for the future also agreed in the contract,” the club said.
The utility defender will be at home at the City Ground as he will be linking up with his compatriots Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis.
