Tottenham’s victory over Burnley this afternoon saw Heung-min Son conjure up an impressive creative feat.
Bale at the double
Jose Mourinho’s men welcomed the Clarets to north London a short time ago, for their latest Premier League outing.
Spurs of course headed into proceedings desperate for all 3 points, after seeing their top-6 hopes dealt yet another blow in a 2-1 derby defeat to West Ham last weekend.
And, when all was said and done in the capital, bounce back is precisely what the hosts managed.
An utterly dominant display saw all of Gareth Bale (2), Harry Kane and Lucas Moura go on to find the net, en route to a 4-0 Tottenham victory.
What a finish! 😍

The Lilywhites have now climbed back above both Arsenal and Aston Villa into 8th in the Premier League table, a point adrift of 6th-placed Liverpool.
Son starring
On the back of proceedings coming to a close at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, meanwhile, it subsequently came as little surprise to see Gareth Bale grab the majority of the headlines.
The Welshman looked back to his scintillating best this afternoon, notching a brace and an assist, amid a superb all-round display.
The contributions of another of Jose Mourinho’s men, in turn, which subsequently went somewhat under the radar, were those of Heung-min Son.
The South Korean international bagged a pair of assists versus Burnley, teeing up both of Bale’s goals courtesy of fine passes.
Son’s contributions stretched much further, though, with the wide-man having also created a further five opportunities for his teammates in front of goal.
And, in the process, Son reached a creativity mark not seen at Spurs since 2018, during the days of Christian Eriksen:
Son Heung-min created seven chances vs Burnley, the most by a Spurs player in a single Premier League game since Christian Eriksen (7) against Chelsea in November 2018.
