Arsenal 2 – Tottenham 1
Arsenal faced off with bitter rivals Tottenham on Sunday evening.
Heading into the tie, it was Spurs who held the advantage both in terms of form and league position, having picked up five wins in a row across all competitions.
However, as so often proves the case in major derbies, form went out the window on Sunday.
The Lilywhites, somewhat against the run of play, took the lead 33 minutes in at the Emirates, via a stunning Erik Lamela strike:

However, Mikel Arteta’s hosts eventually fought back to secure a much-deserved 2-1 victory, moving to within four points of 7th-placed Tottenham in the process.
Arsenal sealed their first north London derby win since December 2018 after fighting back from a goal down to beat 10-man Tottenham 2-1 on Super Sunday.

Arsenal fans unhappy with Kane
Despite their side having come away with a huge win, however, Arsenal’s fans have still been left somewhat unhappy.
This comes with the Gunners faithful taking issue with the actions of Harry Kane.
The Tottenham hitman made the headlines following the previous NLD back in December, when Arsenal’s fans were not too pleased with Kane’s ‘backing into players’ tactic.
And now, after footage emerged of the hitman driving his elbow into Gabriel’s face during Sunday’s match, the hosts’ fanbase have once again expressed their displeasure with Kane:
Not even a card 😑
