Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, the Executive Secretary of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) in Lagos State under the Babajide Sanwo-Olu Administration, is said to have abandoned her brother Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party’s governorship candidate.
Sanwo-Olu is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State.
Governor Sanwo-Olu appointed Vivour-Adeniyi to head the DSVA two years ago in an effort to combat gender-based violence in Lagos State. She had worked for a long time for the Domestic and Special Violence Response Team under the Lagos State Ministry of Justice. She was described as the team’s most qualified leader.
A video of Vivour-Adeniyi extolling Sanwo-qualities Olu’s and listing his achievements in office has surfaced online.
In the video, she describes how the DSVA has assisted victims of domestic violence in obtaining justice.
She stated that such commendable strides were made during the administration of Sanwo-Olu.
Her speech is followed by a campaign advertisement for the All Progressive Congress (APC), stating that the party is the best choice for the governorship seat.
