Nollywood Actress and politician, Funke Akindele, has reportedly tendered only First School Leaving Certificate, FLSC, and West Africa Senior School Certificate, WASSC, to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The list pasted on the notice board of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, along Birrel in Yaba showed that Funke, who is the PDP Deputy-Governorship candidate has WASSC as her highest education qualification.
Meanwhile, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Adediran Olajide, on the other hand, presented a First School Leaving Certificate, FLSC, a West Africa Senior School Certificate, WASSC, and a Masters of Business Administration, MBA, certificate.
It would be recalled that, Funke Akindele has stated that she is confident that she has the numbers to secure victory for her party in the 2023 Lagos gubernatorial elections.
Speaking in an interview with Newsmen, the deputy governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos, said she has over 20 million social media fans and the people at the grassroots love her.
According to her, she has the numbers, fans and followers on social media, with people at the grassroot loving her because she is true to herself.
The Omo Ghetto filmmaker added that she wants to get into power to better the lives of Lagosians and proffer solutions.
“I have the numbers, I have fans and followers, I am true to myself, I have at least 20 Million fans on social media. The grassroot they are my fans. I have fans everywhere and what I am coming from is to better the lives of Lagosians”, she said in her part.
